Как сделать валидный такой код span hashString="" hashType="" в XHTML

Есть такой код

Код HTML:

вот что говорит валидатор:

что прописать?

попробуйте самой самой верхней строкой там где доктайп написать менее строгий, например просто <!DOCTYPE HTML>

Faraday, просто переверстывать под HTML 5 нет смысла из-за одного тега.
