В ошибке говорится о 309 строке. Что в ней не так и как избавиться от этой ошибки?

За что отвечает файл editor.php?

Ничего не понимаю, вроде бы все так же, и все работает.

Это визуальный редактор на джумла. Можешь его отключить, или переустановить этот плагин. Поставь последнюю версию.
В настойках Joomla можешь выбрать вид визуального редактора - Визуальный редактор по умолчанию/
Попробуй сменить, либо переставить
