однако хакнутый all in one seo pack уже устарел

где-то вы не там смотрите. где же он устарел, человек всегда вылаживает последнюю самую актуальную версию, на данный момент актуальна 2.1.7 и на сайте мною рекомендованном эта же версия __http://www.wordpressplugins.ru/seo/all-in-one-seo-pack.html Смотрите внизу ссылка "Скачать плагин версии 2.1.7 "

потом в админке пишет, что плагин нужно обновить
поэтому пока оставил так как есть
буду на денвере колупать, пока не разберусь с ним или с seo by yoast

Приветствую, у меня снова извечная проблема с обновлениями Wordpress, то есть все работало нормально, пока не обновил, но не оставлять же старые версии движков и плагинов. Остановлюсь на двух самых вопиющих проблемах.

Первый сайт.
Обновился до WordPress 3.9.1, плагин NextGEN Gallery by Photocrati обновил соответственно до версии 2.0.65 в результате получаем то, что слайдшоу работает почти нормально, а галерея - не работает. То есть клик по картинке не вызывает всплывающее окно галереи как раньше, а просто пробрасывает на картинку.

Второй сайт.
Перестал работать слайдер.
Установлена премиум тема SecretGarden 2
Тема использует timthumb и jquery

В инструкции по установке пишут вставить код <?php if(function_exists('wp_paginator')) { wp_paginator(); } ?> буквально дословно "в любое место" index.php или footer.php
тема Revera, вывод навигации в ней в template-tags.php

Как запилить код пагинатора сюда - образования не хватает, РНР не ведаю толком.

Здравствуйте. Надеюсь, что вы мне поможете. Недавно на локальную машину установил wordpress 3.9.1 и столкнулся с проблемой.
Все ссылки с сайта ведут на несуществующие страницы и соответственно выдают 404. На сайте работает только главная страница и админ панель. Искал решение в гугле. Все советы сводятся к модулю apache и файлу htaccess.
С файлом htaccess у меня все в порядке. Модуль был выключен, но после включения ничего не изменилось.

Из модулей стоит только RusToLat. Постоянные ссылки настроил так _http://localhost/%category%/%postname%.php
