В дле роботс сам генерируеться автоматически таким видом
Возникает вопрос как это отметить где? куда и что лепетать
роботс в упор невидет гугл.

Вроде robots.txt не существует, просто создайте его наново.

Он существует. Просто что-то не так генерирует. Генерирует новый и новый роботс
